Maria Lorena Schiariti is a partner of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal. She joined the firm in 1997 as associate of the Administrative Law Team. She received her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1997 and later specialized in administrative law and public ethics. She attended a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina (2001-2002). Currently Lorena is an Administrative Law Professor, teaching the post-graduate courses “Global Administrative Law” and “Anticorruption and Transparency” at the Universidad Austral. Chambers and Partners Latin America included her as a Leading Individual (2009 up to 2015), as Leading Lawyer by Legal 500 (2012-2014), as Approved Administrative Law Private Practitioner by Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (2014). She was also included in the list of Corporate Lawyers to know by Latin Lawyer (2014). In 2003, Latin Lawyer magazine included her in their ‘Forty under 40’ category.
