Aline Cintra, joined Monsanto 4 years ago and currently is leading Talent Acquisition in South and Latin America, being responsible for implementing the strategies related to Recruiting & Selection, Sourcing and COE’s covering Inclusion & Diversity, Universities Relations, Onboarding and Employer Branding strategies in the region.
Aline began her career as Consultant with Andersen Consulting, continued in increasingly responsible product and marketing management roles for 13 years with leading Sao Paulo based companies, including Banco Santander and Rabobank. For several years, Aline was an Associate at Korn Ferry International, a leading global retained executive search firm, before joining Schneider Electric where she assumed as a Senior HR Manager, leading Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Benefits areas.
She along with her husband and son reside in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
